What is stump grinding?

Stumps are usually grinded with a machine that allows us to ground 4-7" below ground level. The machine is powerful enough to grind the stump that produces small chips of bark that can be used for mulch in the same area to cover the stump hole area. Grinding is done only if the remaining stump is not close to wires, foundation or house structure. This also keeps unwanted trees from growing back.
